In 2002, Arkas Transport became the first Turkish overland transport company to receive ISO 9002:1994 certification. In 2003, our company completed the work required to comply with revisions in the standard and was audited by RINA, an Italian institution which documents quality systems. Subsequently, Arkas Transport was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 quality management certificate.Arkas Transport's quality policy:Arkas Transport's policy has been structured with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction while performing dependable overland transportation under safe and healthy conditions and in accordance with national and international agreements as well as relevant standards and guidelines.Arkas Transport is determined to achieve a high level of management standards for a safe workplace and equipment as well as protecting the environment.Arkas Transport's goals:
